banana bread

A high-protein banana bread #recipe that turned out really great for me.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, whey, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
  2. In a separate container, mash the bananas with a fork until pureed and add them to the mixing bowl.
  3. Crack open the eggs and add them to the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix everything until just combined, you don't want to go overboard with the mixing.
  5. Add the (optional) chocolate chips to the batter and try to disperse them evenly.
  6. Pour the batter to a bread mold.
  7. Bake at 170 °C for 30-40 min.
